- Proficiency in developing and executing HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices.
- Strong coaching and consulting skills.
- Ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders.
- Ability to navigate and manage within a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
Responsibilities
- Provide business partnerships to the VP level and execute HR business strategies.
- Implement solutions for retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on People policies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Conduct surveys and analyze data to drive improvements in employee experience.
