  • Ability to navigate and manage within a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

Responsibilities

  • Provide business partnerships to the VP level and execute HR business strategies.
  • Implement solutions for retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees on People policies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data to drive improvements in employee experience.
