Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience supporting G&A or corporate functions in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong business partnership and influencing skills with senior leaders.
- Deep expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Solid understanding of U.S. and Canadian employment laws.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Rippling and performance tools like Lattice.
- Comfort using data and people analytics for decision-making.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with G&A leadership to design and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning efforts, including headcount planning and team structuring.
- Drive talent management initiatives across hiring, development, retention, succession planning, and leadership growth.
- Support and coach leaders in performance management practices, fostering accountability and a feedback culture.
- Champion culture and engagement initiatives that reinforce company values across distributed teams.
- Guide leaders through change management processes during periods of transformation.
- Leverage people analytics and HR data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure people practices comply with employment regulations across the U.S. and Canada.
