Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in People Operations, specifically supporting G&A or corporate functions.
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence leadership and navigate ambiguity.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and People practices across the United States and Canada.
- Expertise in organizational development, including talent strategy, performance management, and career frameworks.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR tech stack, specifically Rippling HRIS and Lattice.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a proactive, solutions-oriented manner.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with G&A leadership to align People Ops strategies with business priorities.
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, headcount planning, and team structure.
- Support talent attraction, succession planning, and leadership development across G&A functions.
- Coach leaders through performance management and accountability practices.
- Champion culture and employee engagement initiatives for distributed teams.
- Guide teams through organizational growth and transformation using change management.
- Leverage People metrics and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Ensure People practices comply with employment laws in the US and Canada.
