Requirements
- 5+ years of professional HR work experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
- HR Business Partner experience leading multi-unit concepts (hospitality experience preferred).
- High level of capability in change management.
- History of leadership roles with culture-forward companies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to travel 10-25% of the time.
- Must be located in a major US city in Georgia, Ohio, or Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic business partner and consultant to Field leaders, anticipating needs for change and recommending sustainable solutions.
- Act as a coach and advisor to operations partners to translate strategic intent into measurable results.
- Facilitate leadership development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives for Field teams.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring processes, talent movements, and resignations.
- Implement recognition programs and initiatives to sustain company culture and values.
- Ensure HR compliance with local, state, and federal laws and proactively identify and close gaps.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure proper utilization of HR systems and processes.
