Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional HR work experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • HR Business Partner experience leading multi-unit concepts (hospitality experience preferred).
  • High level of capability in change management.
  • History of leadership roles with culture-forward companies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills and sound judgment.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% of the time.
  • Must be located in a major US city in Georgia, Ohio, or Illinois.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic business partner and consultant to Field leaders, anticipating needs for change and recommending sustainable solutions.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to operations partners to translate strategic intent into measurable results.
  • Facilitate leadership development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives for Field teams.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring processes, talent movements, and resignations.
  • Implement recognition programs and initiatives to sustain company culture and values.
  • Ensure HR compliance with local, state, and federal laws and proactively identify and close gaps.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure proper utilization of HR systems and processes.
