Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with technicians, manufacturing, warehouse, or field‑based teams.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and modern people operations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to operational goals.
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and strong conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • HR certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting high-growth, entrepreneurial, or fast-paced organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HR leader for ThermalWorks, partnering closely with company leadership and the Endeavour HR team to support organizational priorities and business growth.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and Endeavour’s people practices.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for ThermalWorks, helping attract, engage, and retain high-performing talent.
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-accountability culture aligned with the organization’s values.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback practices, and employee development planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
