Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- SHRM certification (SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) required.
- Deep expertise in federal and multi-state employment law and compliance.
- Direct experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.
- Proven experience serving as sole or senior HR leader in a nonprofit or multi-program environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build structure and foundational HR systems.
- Experience creating executive-level HR metrics and dashboards.
- Ability to balance hands-on operational execution with strategic executive advisory.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Partner with leadership to navigate employee relations matters fairly and consistently.
- Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and support performance management processes.
- Manage HR processes and reporting through ADP Workforce Now.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and support workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and multi-state employment regulations.
