Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- SHRM certification (SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP) required.
- Experience serving as sole or senior HR leader in a nonprofit or multi-program environment.
- Strong employment law compliance background.
- Direct experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar systems.
- Demonstrated experience creating executive-level HR metrics and dashboards.
- Proven ability to build structure in organizations lacking formalized HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and employment regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
- Manage HR processes and reporting through ADP Workforce Now.
- Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations matters.
- Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and people leaders.
- Support compensation benchmarking and pay equity reviews.
- Develop HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce reporting.
