Job Details

10+ years of experience in consulting, HR transformation, organizational development, or leadership development.
Proven track record of executive-level advising with CHROs, HR leaders, or enterprise business leaders.
Deep domain expertise in human capital, leadership development, or enterprise talent systems.
Experience growing existing client accounts through consultative, relationship-first conversations.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft and deliver narratives.
Comfort with ambiguity, bias for action, and a drive for long-term impact.
Ability to apply AI-driven tools to enhance engagement, identify growth opportunities, and improve account performance.
Ability to use AI-generated insights to quantify client outcomes and ROI.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional deployments or change initiatives at scale.

Serve as the lead relationship partner for active enterprise clients, owning the relationship from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
Translate complex business and talent challenges into clear, compelling transformation program journeys and goals.
Build trust and influence with HR leaders and executive sponsors, acting as a thought partner and advisor.
Collaborate with a cross-functional deployment team across delivery, facilitation, content, and sales.
Facilitate strategic working sessions, steer executive updates, and demonstrate the value of ThinkHuman programs.
Deepen and expand client partnerships through advisory-led influence and consultative selling.
Ensure the delivery of promised transformations by focusing on outcomes rather than just deliverables.
