Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role supporting leaders and managers.
- Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, performance management, and leadership coaching.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders and influence decision-making.
- Experience supporting high-growth, fast-paced organizations through change.
- Proven ability to balance employee advocacy with business priorities.
- Strong project management, organizational, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, consulting, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring people strategies support business goals and organizational success.
- Partner closely with business leaders and People & Culture leadership to develop talent strategies that drive results.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes.
- Coach leaders and managers on effective people leadership practices, conflict resolution, and development.
- Conduct employee investigations and address sensitive workplace matters with professionalism and consistency.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform recommendations and measure the effectiveness of people strategies.
