Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in HR leadership, generalist roles, or consulting.
  • Comfortable presenting to and advising executives.
  • Hands-on experience building and launching HR programs.
  • High digital literacy and ability to adopt new tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using models or spreadsheets.
  • Strong written communication skills for human-centric copy.
  • Experience in at least half of core people operations areas (e.g., compensation, performance management, L&D).
  • Passionate about anti-oppression and inclusive workplace practices.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to receive and provide feedback.
  • Conscientious, reliable, and emotionally intelligent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients as a trusted HR consultant and coach.
  • Design, build, and launch compensation programs, performance systems, and career paths.
  • Advise executives and leaders on complex people management approaches, systems, and policies.
  • Develop onboarding, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate organizational change, restructuring, and leadership coaching.
  • Provide expert advisory on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and peers to share best practices and drive quality outcomes.
