Requirements
- Senior-level experience in HR leadership, generalist roles, or consulting.
- Comfortable presenting to and advising executives.
- Hands-on experience building and launching HR programs.
- High digital literacy and ability to adopt new tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis using models or spreadsheets.
- Strong written communication skills for human-centric copy.
- Experience in at least half of core people operations areas (e.g., compensation, performance management, L&D).
- Passionate about anti-oppression and inclusive workplace practices.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to receive and provide feedback.
- Conscientious, reliable, and emotionally intelligent.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients as a trusted HR consultant and coach.
- Design, build, and launch compensation programs, performance systems, and career paths.
- Advise executives and leaders on complex people management approaches, systems, and policies.
- Develop onboarding, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies.
- Facilitate organizational change, restructuring, and leadership coaching.
- Provide expert advisory on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and peers to share best practices and drive quality outcomes.
