Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 13+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience serving as an HRBP or equivalent strategic HR role.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (required) with experience using pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and complex formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).
- Proven experience in HR business partner roles, preferably in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience serving as a confidante to senior business leaders with the ability to challenge perspectives and offer constructive suggestions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting HR data and providing recommendations.
- Proven ability to lead change management initiatives.
- Experience with strategic workforce planning and succession planning.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
- Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate across multiple time zones and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive HR strategies supporting functional and business unit goals.
- Serve as a strategic partner to functional leadership to enable organizational effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional HR initiatives and deliver organizational capability at scale.
- Champion change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Maintain and evolve routine HR reporting and workforce analytics.
- Analyze employee and organizational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to monitor and support recruitment and workforce planning.
- Drive succession planning processes and facilitate talent development discussions.
