Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, revenue generation, and deal closing.
- Fluent American English (spoken and written).
- Solid experience working with CRMs (Zoho CRM is highly preferred).
- High comfort level with both inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Strong objection handling, pricing discussion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet structured KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound inquiries into completed purchases through structured conversations.
- Conduct sales discussions focused on closing and objection handling.
- Handle consistent follow-ups, lead nurturing, and re-engagement of potential clients.
- Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach to warm leads.
- Maintain accurate records, logging interactions and pricing negotiations in Zoho CRM.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Process orders, refunds, replacements, and provide product consultations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams regarding shipping status and logistics issues.
- Report daily on sales activity and performance.
