Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or similar client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and communication platforms such as WhatsApp Business.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Resilience in handling objections and rejection in a customer-facing environment.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong focus on user experience and customer outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand and successfully use the application.
- Drive the conversion of newly registered users into active, recurring buyers through proactive engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to activation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Identify barriers in user experience and propose actionable improvements to increase engagement and usability.
- Conduct active outreach to customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.
- Develop and support action plans aimed at improving customer engagement and purchase frequency.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to continuously improve the customer journey.
- Contribute to the optimization of activation processes and customer success strategies.
