Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting technical customers in B2B SaaS.
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Experience working at a startup or scaleup.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a get-it-done attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Own your portfolio of accounts focusing on NRR.
  • Build and maintain clear success plans for API customers.
  • Run regular check-in calls with customers.
  • Help customers with API endpoints, technical troubleshooting, and new use cases.
  • Own expansion and renewal processes end-to-end.
  • Onboard new customers through smooth Sales-to-CS handovers.
  • Manage integration plans and review initial customer technical setups.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to the Product team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build customer-facing resources.
