Requirements
- 8+ years of FP&A, GTM Finance, or Sales Finance experience in high-growth SaaS.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, ARR metrics, and sales productivity.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Experience building sales capacity, productivity, or quota models.
- Proven ability to partner with VP-level business leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise (EPM platforms preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary finance partner to Sales leadership.
- Lead forecasting, planning, and performance management across assigned geographies.
- Maintain global sales capacity model including headcount, ramp, productivity, and quota.
- Provide analysis of new ARR, expansion ARR, pipeline trends, and forecast risk.
- Deliver insights on productivity, attainment, and resource allocation.
- Present recommendations to senior Sales and Finance leadership.
