Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of event or field marketing experience
- Experience preferably within the advertising, media, or adtech industry
- Strong understanding of advertising industry conferences, sponsorships, and brand activations
- Exemplary communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Experience managing multiple event and marketing programs simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed to support event execution
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end event execution — from venue selection and logistics to onsite management and post-event wrap-up
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives in collaboration with the events and sales teams to maximize engagement and impact around key industry events
- Assist in the execution of key industry tentpole events and sponsorship activations across the advertising and marketing ecosystem
- Provide exceptional white-glove client service to Activation’s customers and prospects, serving as a key point of contact throughout the event planning cycle
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute exclusive hospitality experiences that support industry events, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with excellent attention to detail
- Support the Activation customer and prospect experience across major events from initial outreach through onsite engagement
- Manage external relationships (vendors, venues, agencies, and media partners) to ensure seamless execution and maximum value from event investments
- Partner with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure event activations align with broader marketing and revenue objectives
- Track program performance against defined metrics and support post-event analysis to measure success and return on investment in partnership with marketing operations
- Maintain and update the annual industry event calendar and event roadmap
