Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in field or event marketing, product marketing, project or program management.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with B2B high-tech products/solutions.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and complete tasks with high quality and on deadline.
- Skilled at building strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams and external partner stakeholders.
- Proficient using a CRM or Marketing Automation platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning, execution, and success of the events channel for the Transportation and Warehousing vertical.
- Execute end-to-end event program management and logistics including vendor management, budget management, event promotions, and sales enablement.
- Manage event budget forecast and reporting, evaluate results against goals, and generate insights.
- Facilitate timely event lead processing within Salesforce.
- Own project management tools, documentation, event calendar, and processes for tradeshows.
- Support Private Sector sales teams and customers at annual user conference.
- Bring energy, creativity, and new ideas to build a successful event program.
