Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in quota carrying sales and/or client expansion.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and Salesforce.com.
  • Must hold a property and casualty producer license for each state within the designated market territory or obtain them promptly upon hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales process for all buyer constituent groups in your region.
  • Close opportunities effectively by obtaining accurate customer needs and wants.
  • Drive Foxen’s unique value proposition and manage expectations for a seamless client implementation.
  • Own your pipeline, from top of line funnel filling activities to deal closing.
  • Source and maintain partnerships with key insurance brokerage firms and industry partners.
  • Present yourself as an external subject matter expert on innovative real estate insurance products.
  • Collaborate and share customer information with internal Relationship Management, Implementation, and Customer teams.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with peer sales representatives and internal teammates.
  • Travel within your sales territory and to regional conferences as appropriate.
