Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or similar analytical roles.
- Direct experience supporting enterprise B2B sales teams in SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Advanced command of Salesforce (opportunity management, reporting, forecasting, CRM governance).
- Advanced analytical skills with deep proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience building models for forecasting, capacity planning, and quota setting.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-ready reporting and translate data into insights.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes (pipeline generation, deal inspection, renewals).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the sales operating cadence, including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, opportunity inspection, and executive revenue reporting.
- Develop forecasting models incorporating stage progression, conversion rates, and rep-level performance.
- Define and enforce sales process standards, pipeline governance, and cross-functional lead/customer lifecycle handoffs.
- Build and maintain core sales performance reporting (bookings, pipeline, win rates, etc.) and executive dashboards.
- Serve as business owner for Salesforce and define requirements for CRM enhancements and automations.
- Support territory design, account segmentation, quota modeling, and sales capacity planning.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and Product to optimize commercial execution.
