  • Strong background in global benefits, payroll systems, and compensation strategy design and execution.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of global compliance, vendor management, and workforce regulations.
  • Experience building scalable frameworks such as job leveling, career architecture, and compensation structures.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, HR, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams responsible for global benefits, payroll operations, and compensation program execution.
  • Design and continuously improve competitive global benefits programs.
  • Own payroll strategy and vendor management.
  • Drive annual compensation cycles including benchmarking, merit planning, incentives, equity programs, and job architecture frameworks.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape compensation philosophy.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders on People Operations decisions.
  • Ensure global compliance across compensation and benefits programs.
  • Optimize People Operations systems, workflows, and policies.
