Requirements

- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
- Strong background in global benefits, payroll systems, and compensation strategy design and execution.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or similar enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing capabilities.
- Solid understanding of global compliance, vendor management, and workforce regulations.
- Experience building scalable frameworks such as job leveling, career architecture, and compensation structures.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, HR, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams responsible for global benefits, payroll operations, and compensation program execution.
- Design and continuously improve competitive global benefits programs.
- Own payroll strategy and vendor management.
- Drive annual compensation cycles including benchmarking, merit planning, incentives, equity programs, and job architecture frameworks.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape compensation philosophy.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders on People Operations decisions.
- Ensure global compliance across compensation and benefits programs.
- Optimize People Operations systems, workflows, and policies.
