Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in People Operations
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing a team
  • Experience building and executing payroll, benefits and compensation strategies
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday and ADP
  • Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and analytics
  • Vendor management and global compliance knowledge
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and change management capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for global benefits strategy and management, payroll processing, and compensation program management
  • Own the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of competitive global benefits programs
  • Lead payroll vendor strategy and processing decisions
  • Drive the annual compensation planning process, including salary benchmarking, merit cycles, incentive programs, and equity administration
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and evolve compensation philosophy
  • Oversee global job leveling, career architecture frameworks, and compensation structures
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliance
  • Evaluate and optimize People Operations systems, workflows, and processes
