Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing a team
- Experience building and executing payroll, benefits and compensation strategies
- Strong working knowledge of Workday and ADP
- Strong Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and analytics
- Vendor management and global compliance knowledge
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
- Excellent communication, influencing, and change management capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team responsible for global benefits strategy and management, payroll processing, and compensation program management
- Own the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of competitive global benefits programs
- Lead payroll vendor strategy and processing decisions
- Drive the annual compensation planning process, including salary benchmarking, merit cycles, incentive programs, and equity administration
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and evolve compensation philosophy
- Oversee global job leveling, career architecture frameworks, and compensation structures
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliance
- Evaluate and optimize People Operations systems, workflows, and processes
