- Lead and develop a team responsible for global benefits strategy and management, payroll processing, and compensation program management
- Own the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of competitive global benefits programs
- Lead payroll vendor strategy and processing decisions
- Drive the annual compensation planning process, including salary benchmarking, merit cycles, incentive programs, and equity administration
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and evolve the organization’s compensation philosophy
- Oversee global job leveling, career architecture frameworks, and compensation structures
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure global compliance
- Evaluate and optimize People Operations systems, workflows, and processes
