Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with Canadian employment standards and provincial labor regulations.
- Experience supporting HRBPs or People Operations teams.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain high levels of discretion with sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries across NORAM.
- Partner with HRBPs to support operational execution of people strategies.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes.
- Coordinate payroll readiness activities and benefits data processing.
- Administer Leave of Absence programs including FMLA and Canadian provincial leaves.
- Maintain data integrity and reporting within Workday.
- Ensure operational compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws and PIPEDA.
- Coordinate quarterly regional engagement initiatives.
