Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in earlier-stage virtual/digital health or health systems.
- Proven success cultivating collaborative relationships across account functions.
- Experience selling AI/ML solutions at early-stage health tech companies.
- Experience with national and regional health systems or payors.
- Experience with complex contract negotiations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong public speaking skills.
- Fluency in healthcare economics and enterprise health system trends.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Definitive HC, and Salesforce (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive new sales with target Health System accounts by developing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Understand network synergy between payers, health systems, and employers to drive deals.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and solve gaps to accelerate deal cycles.
- Generate interest by building relationships with C-Level executives.
- Maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with prospective clients.
