Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Experience in earlier-stage virtual/digital health or health systems.
  • Proven success cultivating collaborative relationships across account functions.
  • Experience selling AI/ML solutions at early-stage health tech companies.
  • Experience with national and regional health systems or payors.
  • Experience with complex contract negotiations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Fluency in healthcare economics and enterprise health system trends.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, Definitive HC, and Salesforce (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Drive new sales with target Health System accounts by developing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Understand network synergy between payers, health systems, and employers to drive deals.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify and solve gaps to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Generate interest by building relationships with C-Level executives.
  • Maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with prospective clients.
