  • Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with channel sales and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen with disciplined forecasting skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute regional sales strategies and operating plans.
  • Lead, coach, and develop geographically distributed sales teams.
  • Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
  • Establish consultative selling and territory planning frameworks.
  • Build executive relationships with customers and partners.
