- Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
- Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with channel sales and strategic partnerships.
- Strong business acumen with disciplined forecasting skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional sales strategies and operating plans.
- Lead, coach, and develop geographically distributed sales teams.
- Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
- Establish consultative selling and territory planning frameworks.
- Build executive relationships with customers and partners.
- Support complex enterprise negotiations.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success.
- Develop channel and alliance partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics.
