Requirements
- 10+ years of partnership, alliance, business development experience for medium to large scale organizations.
- Led strategic partnerships, sales, and go-to-market at both large enterprises and start-ups.
- Consistent track record of growing revenue through partnership leadership at a fast growth, global B2B SaaS company.
- Exceptional understanding of the technology partnership landscape.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with global large-scale, cross functional teams.
- Strong internal and external partner management, cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
- Dynamic and innovative leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship building, communication, and promotional skills.
- Ability to operate with a degree of autonomy yet dependency on cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build a Partnership strategy with a focus on big technology (F100) bets to drive revenue outcomes.
- Own all aspects of Amplitude’s technology partnership program, including design, expansion, hiring, and partner selection.
- Design and evolve the direct-report partnership team.
- Pursue and construct large partnership initiatives using an established network of executive-level relationships.
- Identify new initiatives and solutions such as white label products.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product, Marketing, Legal, and Sales.
- Provide thought leadership and a strong point-of-view for Partnership team direction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to formalize joint strategy, solutions, and GTM execution.
- Identify partnership opportunities across technology, ISV, white label, and reseller ecosystems.
