Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale client engagements within a digital agency, consultancy, or technology services environment.
  • Proven track record managing $5M+ client portfolios with strong performance in quality, financial outcomes, and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth, client retention, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Experience shaping engagement strategy and translating client objectives into actionable delivery plans.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing profitability, budgets, and SOW development.
  • Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and build trusted executive-level relationships.
  • Experience leading new business development efforts including pitches, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills across written and verbal formats.
  • Strong organizational and operational leadership capabilities in complex, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall client relationship management across a portfolio of large, complex accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, aligning engagement strategy with their business goals and long-term needs.
  • Oversee account financial performance, including profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and statement of work development.
  • Manage and mentor cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring accountability, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding relationships, and strengthening executive-level client connections.
  • Lead the development of engagement strategies in partnership with internal discipline leads and project teams.
  • Ensure accurate resourcing, staffing, and delivery planning to meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Oversee client communication, expectations management, and continuous feedback loops to improve service delivery.
  • Lead or support new business efforts including RFP responses, pitch development, and contract negotiations.
  • Partner with internal leadership to optimize operational execution and drive long-term account success.
