Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in health systems management, business planning, or strategic planning in complex organizations.
- Proven experience in cross-functional leadership, enterprise program management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of integrated healthcare systems, industry trends, and strategic planning methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Advanced communication skills, including executive-level writing, presentations, and facilitation.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strategic planning tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve enterprise strategic planning capabilities, including frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Design and implement structured planning approaches that ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Lead development of integrated strategic roadmaps across business and functional areas.
- Drive complex, cross-functional strategic and business planning initiatives from scoping through execution.
- Partner with insights and economics teams to integrate market intelligence and performance data.
- Facilitate executive engagement forums and cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute to leadership initiatives, including team development, coaching, and capability building.
