Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in management consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Deloitte) and enterprise technology leadership.
- VP-level experience leading digital transformation, AI strategy, or business operations at a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
- Track record of translating AI initiatives into quantified business outcomes (EBITDA improvement, revenue acceleration).
- Experience reporting to the Office of the CEO/CXO with executive stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on ability to build AI agents using tools like Claude, GPT, or Copilot.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, and enterprise workflows.
- Fluency in AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern development and productivity toolchains.
- Operational leadership and ability to drive change in organizational settings.
Responsibilities
- Stand up the AI Center of Excellence infrastructure (governance, training, adoption measurement, board reporting).
- Champion a blank-slate redesign approach to prioritize automation.
- Operate an embedded model across departments to build AI agents and workflows.
- Drive organizational maturity in AI from Level 1-2 to Level 3-4.
- Establish AI governance and responsible AI guidelines.
- Bridge internal adoption insights with the Product team to inform the roadmap.
- Serve as internal 'Customer Zero'.
