Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in program management.
- Proven track record of managing $20M+ portfolios in global enterprise SaaS.
- Expertise in matrixed leadership across engineering and business functions.
- Advanced proficiency in PMP/PgMP frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of risk management, resource leveling, and value realization.
- Must have experience within HRIS and Legal environments.
- Experience with Workday ERP, Workday HRIS, and Workday Adaptive (preferred).
- Experience with DocuSign (preferred).
- Experience with CaptivateIQ (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration between business areas and enterprise tech teams to ensure alignment on AI/automation solutions.
- Manage multi-year roadmaps for global Finance, HRIS, and Legal transformation.
- Navigate cross-functional dependencies to keep engineering and business teams accountable.
- Establish standards for project intake, prioritization, and status reporting.
- Oversee programmatic rollout of AI-forward capabilities including automated legal and financial workflows.
- Proactively identify and manage critical path dependencies between business and backend systems.
- Chair high-level steering committees to report on portfolio health and ROI.
