Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management within fast-paced, ambiguous, or highly dynamic environments.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with some hands-on exposure to model development preferred.
- Knowledge of AI governance, safety principles, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and drive enterprise-scale change.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple functions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for execution and problem-solving in evolving environments.
- Curiosity and continuous learning mindset around emerging AI technologies and trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and expansion of an enterprise-wide internal AI community, fostering engagement, knowledge sharing, and peer-to-peer learning.
- Develop and manage programs that improve AI literacy, including training initiatives, certification pathways, and enablement resources.
- Build and maintain an internal AI knowledge hub offering curated tools, best practices, and structured learning journeys.
- Coordinate a network of AI champions across business functions to accelerate adoption and ensure consistent support.
- Oversee high-impact AI initiatives such as workflow transformation, platform adoption, and enterprise-wide AI enablement programs.
- Define rollout strategies, communications plans, and adoption frameworks to ensure successful execution of AI initiatives.
- Support responsible AI governance efforts, collaborating with stakeholders on safety, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Partner with legal and AI governance bodies to align enterprise usage with regulatory and internal standards.
