Requirements
- 15+ years in Program Management.
- Proven track record managing $20M+ portfolios in a global enterprise SaaS environment.
- Matrixed leadership experience across Enterprise Application Engineering and Finance/Legal teams.
- Advanced proficiency in PMP/PgMP frameworks (Risk Management, Resource Leveling, Value Realization).
- Must-have experience within HRIS and Legal environments.
- Experience with Workday ERP, HRIS, and Adaptive (preferred).
- Experience with DocuSign (preferred).
- Experience with incentive/compensation systems like CaptivateIQ (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration between business areas and enterprise tech team on AI-enabled automation.
- Collaborate on roadmap creation, impact measurement, and adoption.
- Navigate cross-functional dependencies to deliver ROI on agentic initiatives.
- Establish standards for project intake, prioritization, and status reporting.
- Manage the pilot-to-production lifecycle of AI-forward capabilities.
- Identify and mitigate critical path dependencies between Finance, HRIS, and Legal engines.
- Chair executive steering committees to report on portfolio health, budget, and risks.
