Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer).
- Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (civilian, DoD, or IC).
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
- Experience working in regulated or high-security environments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially GovCloud.
- Knowledge of government hierarchy and operations.
- Active or eligible U.S. Government security clearance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for federal accounts and key stakeholders.
- Align Collibra services with customer business objectives and mission needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including support, services, and customer engineering.
- Manage project execution, implementation timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Act as escalation point for performance issues and product feedback.
- Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap and strategy.
- Lead architecture reviews, solution design, and technical briefings for stakeholders.
