Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer).
  • Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (civilian, DoD, or IC).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working in regulated or high-security environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially GovCloud.
  • Knowledge of government hierarchy and operations.
  • Active or eligible U.S. Government security clearance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for federal accounts and key stakeholders.
  • Align Collibra services with customer business objectives and mission needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including support, services, and customer engineering.
  • Manage project execution, implementation timelines, and risk mitigation.
  • Act as escalation point for performance issues and product feedback.
  • Advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap and strategy.
  • Lead architecture reviews, solution design, and technical briefings for stakeholders.
