Operations Intern, Fellow Selection

Support the team in external and internal communications with applicants, reviewers, and other stakeholders.
Organize and analyze information for the team related to the Activate fellow selection process.
Test and troubleshoot the application portal to ensure a seamless experience for applicants.
Document the procedures and workflows of the selection process.
Draft and organize training materials for team members and external reviewers.
Monitor and evaluate selection data using Activate’s systems and tools.
