Requirements
- 4-6 years of program management, fellowship management, or related experience.
- Experience in science, engineering, or fellowship programs is a plus.
- Strong event and logistics planning and execution skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluent with data outputs and able to use data to set priorities.
- Conversant with project management, CRM, and applicant tracking software.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Program and Development teams to develop recruitment strategies.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment campaigns including webinars and campus visits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective applicants.
- Hire, onboard, and manage a seasonal recruitment intern.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the innovation ecosystem.
- Track and manage applicant pipeline data.
- Lead evaluation and continuous improvement efforts using data and feedback.
