Requirements
- 6–8 years of project management experience in consulting, SaaS, health-tech, or life sciences.
- Proven track record managing external client relationships.
- Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, Monday, or other PM tools.
- Fluency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.
- Solid working knowledge of SDLC and data/analytics pipelines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives.
- Ability to manage 3-5 concurrent projects.
- Willingness to travel 25-30%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day project management contact for life sciences clients.
- Lead client-facing status meetings and steering committee check-ins.
- Manage full project lifecycle using Jira and Smartsheet.
- Develop and maintain resource and risk plans.
- Build trusted, long-term working relationships with client counterparts.
- Support senior staff in client workshops and business reviews.
- Translate complex analytical and technology deliverables for stakeholders.
- Map and improve cross-functional workflows.
- Define KPIs and build operational health dashboards.
- Partner with product owners to align roadmaps with client demand.
