Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of specialized experience in cross-functional program or project management.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing high-visibility internal and external events.
  • Proven track record of advising and supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to introduce and leverage tooling in the program management process (AI, Airtable preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to define KPIs, benchmarks, and success metrics for initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion.
  • Ability to think strategically and operate effectively through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional program development by defining goals, success metrics, scope, and benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the development of ActBlue's operational roadmap and support execution across the organization.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability across departments.
  • Develop tools, templates, and planning resources to improve program management practices.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, escalating tradeoff decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-visibility internal events and organizational offsites.
  • Support external event programming for partner and customer audiences.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiating contracts and vendor relationships.
  • Produce post-event analyses that capture ROI and lessons learned.
