Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in program management, operations, education, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of higher education systems, including college admissions and financial aid processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Comfort working with data and technology to support operational decision-making and process improvement.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Canva, or Slate is a plus.
- High attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective.
- Strong integrity, discretion, and sensitivity when handling confidential or student-related information.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of program operations to maximize the impact of college access initiatives for high school students.
- Coordinate operational support for college partners to ensure effective participation in programs, events, and outreach activities.
- Develop clear and concise communications, guides, and resources for partner institutions.
- Analyze partner engagement and student placement data to identify trends and improve program effectiveness.
- Manage college partner participation in conferences, meetings, and both in-person and virtual events.
- Track engagement and communications using CRM tools (Salesforce) to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Contribute to student selection and evaluation processes for program participation and related initiatives.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to ensure program success.
