Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least five years of full-time professional experience.
- Knowledge of issues in higher education, particularly highly selective college admissions and financial aid processes.
- Process oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology and data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with Canva, Salesforce, Tableau, and Slate.
- Understanding of statistical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and execution of the team’s work to maximize the impact of QuestBridge’s programs for high school students.
- Provide operational support to college partners enabling their participation in QuestBridge programs.
- Develop communications and resources for college partners, ensuring messaging is presented in a clear and concise way.
- Analyze partner data trends to better understand and facilitate student placements.
- Plan partner colleges’ participation in QuestBridge events, including collaborative meetings and conferences.
- Track partner engagement and communication through Salesforce CRM.
- Manage college partner participation in QuestBridge outreach and education efforts, such as our in-person and virtual conferences.
- Play a significant role efforts to evaluate and select students for various programs.
- Perform other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
