Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience, or Associates degree with 2 years of experience in power generation industry.
Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract performance management.
Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time.
Strong project management and quality background.
Strong leadership, P&L financial, and commercial skills.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Proven experience planning and executing outages in ITR organization.
Team leadership experience and ability to solve problems in a dynamic environment.

Serve as the liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customer portfolio.
Manage customer communication and relationships as the single point of contact.
Manage customer portfolio P&L, including Revenue, Margin, and Cash growth.
Develop site communication plans and coordinate regular reviews for products and services.
Oversee warranty, commercial considerations, and outage scope communications.
Manage parts planning, requests for quotes, and outage execution milestones.
Responsible for customer invoicing, credit memo processing, and repair scope management.
Lead contract fulfillment and sell flow-type services including parts and lease engines.
Coordinate with functional groups to manage Digital and Total plant solutions agreements.
