Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience, or Associates degree with 2 years of experience in power generation industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience within the power plant field services or contract performance management.
- Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time.
- Strong project management and quality background.
- Strong leadership, P&L financial, and commercial skills.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proven experience planning and executing outages in ITR organization.
- Team leadership experience and ability to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customer portfolio.
- Manage customer communication and relationships as the single point of contact.
- Manage customer portfolio P&L, including Revenue, Margin, and Cash growth.
- Develop site communication plans and coordinate regular reviews for products and services.
- Oversee warranty, commercial considerations, and outage scope communications.
- Manage parts planning, requests for quotes, and outage execution milestones.
- Responsible for customer invoicing, credit memo processing, and repair scope management.
- Lead contract fulfillment and sell flow-type services including parts and lease engines.
- Coordinate with functional groups to manage Digital and Total plant solutions agreements.
