Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience, or Associates degree with 2 years of experience in power generation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in power plant field services or contract performance management.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time.
  • Experience planning and executing outages in ITR organization (desired).
  • Strong project management and quality background (Black Belt certification desired).
  • Strong leadership, P&L financial, and commercial skills.
  • Experience working with customer leadership teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and develop strong relationships with customers as the single point of contact.
  • Manage customer communication and relationships.
  • Responsible for customer portfolio and assigned P&L Revenue, Margin, & Cash growth.
  • Provide ongoing project management, technical, and business support.
  • Develop site customer communication plan and coordinate regular GE/Customer reviews.
  • Oversee warranty, commercial considerations, and concessions.
  • Develop outage scope and lead communication to FieldCore.
  • Manage parts planning, requests for quotes, and invoicing/credit memo processing.
  • Lead outage planning, execution, and change order processing.
  • Manage Digital and Total plant solutions agreements.
