Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience, or Associates degree with 2 years of experience in power generation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power plant field services or contract performance management.
- Willingness and ability to travel 40% of the time.
- Experience planning and executing outages in ITR organization (desired).
- Strong project management and quality background (Black Belt certification desired).
- Strong leadership, P&L financial, and commercial skills.
- Experience working with customer leadership teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Foster and develop strong relationships with customers as the single point of contact.
- Manage customer communication and relationships.
- Responsible for customer portfolio and assigned P&L Revenue, Margin, & Cash growth.
- Provide ongoing project management, technical, and business support.
- Develop site customer communication plan and coordinate regular GE/Customer reviews.
- Oversee warranty, commercial considerations, and concessions.
- Develop outage scope and lead communication to FieldCore.
- Manage parts planning, requests for quotes, and invoicing/credit memo processing.
- Lead outage planning, execution, and change order processing.
- Manage Digital and Total plant solutions agreements.
