  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Engagement Manager, and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer narratives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-facing presence.
  • Experience supporting customer advocacy programs, customer events, and reference management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on retention, expansion, and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop industry messaging, solution positioning, and use-case narratives.
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution.
  • Build and manage customer advocacy initiatives including references and case studies.
  • Plan and support customer-facing programs, events, and speaking opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to prepare customers for sales calls and events.
  • Partner with Brand and Demand Generation to amplify customer and industry narratives.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear customer narratives and sales content.
