Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, risk management, or program management roles
- Proven experience building or maturing BC/DR programs in fintech, banking, lending, or regulated industries
- Strong background in business impact analysis, dependency mapping, and recovery planning methodologies
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, or equivalent regulatory standards
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance-driven resilience initiatives
- Ability to design scalable governance models, operational processes, and executive-level reporting structures
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate technical and risk concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Professional certifications such as CBCP, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC (preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and program leadership capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise BC/DR and operational resilience programs
- Own and mature business impact analysis processes, including dependency mapping, critical process identification, and recovery strategy design
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans, and crisis management documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional resilience efforts across engineering, security, compliance, operations, and vendor management teams
- Design and execute disaster recovery testing, tabletop exercises, and remediation tracking programs
- Maintain program reporting, metrics, documentation repositories, and audit-ready evidence for regulatory and compliance needs
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure recovery strategies are practical, validated, and aligned with risk tolerance
- Support incident response coordination and contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
