Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in early-stage virtual/digital health or health systems.
- Proven success at cultivating collaborative relationships across account functions.
- Experience selling AI/ML solutions at an early-stage healthcare technology company.
- Experience working with national and regional Health Systems or Payors.
- Experience with complex contract negotiations.
- Superb project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong public speaking skills.
- Firm understanding of healthcare economics and trends.
- Prior experience with ZoomInfo, Definitive HC, and Salesforce.com preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive new sales with target Health System accounts by developing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Understand network synergy between payers, health systems, and employers to drive deals forward.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and solve gaps in the sales process.
- Generate interest by building relationships with C-Level executives.
- Update and maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Earn a trusted advisor relationship with prospective clients by focusing on strategic initiatives.
