Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, partner success, management consulting, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience within last-mile logistics, retail, QSR, or technology sectors.
- Proven success managing, retaining, and expanding complex, multi-million dollar enterprise accounts.
- Experience managing executive relationships.
- Strong operational and project management experience coordinating cross-functional projects (technical integrations, multi-site rollouts).
- Analytical fluency to dissect complex data and build narratives.
- Commercial acumen with experience negotiating contract terms, SLAs, and complex commercial restructures.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate & Own Enterprise Relationships: Serve as the trusted, primary adviser for executive stakeholders across key verticals, including Retail, QSR, and emerging sectors.
- Drive Strategic Account Growth: Identify and execute expansion opportunities to drive mutual volume and revenue growth.
- Project Manage Launches & Integrations: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and launch of new partner locations or services.
- Negotiate & Renew Agreements: Navigate complex contract renewals and commercial restructures.
- Translate Data into Action: Gather and analyze performance insights to lead regular, data-driven business reviews (QBRs).
- Advocate Internally: Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
