Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8-10 years of experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing with deep expertise in facilities.
- Proven experience developing category strategies and leading large-scale sourcing events.
- Strong background in supplier negotiations.
- Experience interfacing with clients in a services industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in TCO modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience driving change management and cross-functional consensus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for facilities categories.
- Engage with client stakeholders to identify priorities and develop sourcing strategies.
- Assume full ownership of the end-to-end RFP process.
- Lead evaluations of supplier proposals using TCO modeling.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction and value engineering strategies.
- Perform research and analytics to validate savings and inform negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze spend, supplier performance, and savings targets.
- Build and manage best-in-class supplier ecosystems.
