Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related)
- 3-5+ years of job-related experience in the financial services industry
- Prior experience in an office environment with a customer service focus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior use of Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Continuous self-learning and professional growth mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operations and administrative support to the Private Investment Team
- Work with Advisors to enroll Qualified Investors in Private Investment Funds
- Manage client subscription agreements and ensure paperwork completion
- Adhere to all fund compliance requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to track client requests
- Maintain data integrity across systems
- Research client issues in cooperation with back-office partners
- Guide and train peers on new tasks
