Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an email marketing platform.
- Proven track record in coding and deployment.
- Deep understanding of email marketing strategy and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in HTML and Litmus for testing and rendering.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Operate in Marketo to manage targeting, campaign building, QA, and scheduling.
- Manage external Marketing Agency requests and coordinate work on emails and landing pages.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for QA, approvals, and landing page creation.
- Analyze email performance, delivery rates, and campaign efficiency.
- Serve as internal subject matter expert on email best practices and QA processes.
- Maintain and improve QA processes for consistency across communications.
