  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C email marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage end-to-end email campaign production, including content planning, copy development, and deployment.
  • Design and optimize automated email workflows such as welcome sequences and abandoned cart programs.
  • Build audience segmentation and personalization strategies based on behavioral data.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve deliverability and conversion performance.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to create reporting dashboards tied to revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email initiatives with go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value and average order value.
