Requirements
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns.
- Proven expertise in building lifecycle automation programs.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer journey optimization.
- Experience using platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong copywriting instincts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C email marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end email campaign production, including content planning, copy development, and deployment.
- Design and optimize automated email workflows such as welcome sequences and abandoned cart programs.
- Build audience segmentation and personalization strategies based on behavioral data.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve deliverability and conversion performance.
- Analyze campaign metrics to create reporting dashboards tied to revenue impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email initiatives with go-to-market strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer lifetime value and average order value.
