- Leadership philosophy rooted in absolute ownership and execution
- Ability to work in a high-growth, non-traditional environment
Responsibilities
- Embed directly into businesses as a growth partner to the owner
- Install strategy and drive execution rather than just giving advice
- Diagnose and eliminate revenue leaks and structural inefficiencies
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, focused action plans
- Hold owners accountable to execution plans
